Purchase Terms for Credit

1. Scope

These Purchase Terms apply to the acquisition and use of digital credit within Sebafood.

The provider is:

sebavision OÜ

Sepapaja 6

15551 Tallinn

Estonia

The credit may be used for paid features, analyses, digital services, or other offers within Sebafood that are expressly identified as payable with credit.

2. Purchase of Credit

Users may purchase credit in the credit packages offered within Sebafood from time to time.

Before completing the purchase, the price, the amount of credit, and any applicable taxes or other costs will be displayed.

The purchase agreement is concluded once the user completes the paid ordering process and the payment has been successfully confirmed.

The purchased credit will then be credited to the user account or digital wallet.

3. Use of Credit

Credit may only be used within Sebafood for the paid services intended for this purpose.

Credit:

- is not legal tender,

- does not generally give rise to a right to cash payment,

- cannot be exchanged for cash,

- may not be traded or sold outside Sebafood, and

- is generally linked to the respective user account.

A transfer between user accounts is only possible if Sebafood expressly provides a corresponding function for this purpose.

Any mandatory statutory rights of the user remain unaffected.

4. Deduction and Credit Balance

When a paid service is used, the specified number of credits or the corresponding amount will be deducted from the available credit balance.

Before a paid action is carried out, the user should be shown the amount of credit required for that action.

The current credit balance can be viewed in the user account or wallet.

Technically incorrect or duplicate deductions will be corrected after review.

5. Paid Credit and Bonus Credit

Paid credit and free bonus, promotional, or advertising credit may be treated differently.

Paid credit generally remains assigned to the user account for as long as the user account exists and no mandatory legal or technical reasons prevent this.

Bonus or promotional credit may be subject to special conditions, a limited validity period, or restrictions to certain services. Any such conditions will be indicated when the bonus credit is granted.

When credit is deducted, bonus credit may be used before paid credit.

6. Refunds

Credit that has already been properly used is generally not refundable.

A refund of unused credit will only be made where:

- there is a statutory entitlement,

- a payment has demonstrably been made incorrectly or twice,

- a service can no longer be provided permanently, or

- Sebafood expressly agrees to a refund in an individual case.

Statutory warranty, refund, and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Free bonus, promotional, or advertising credit will not be paid out in cash.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are subject to the statutory provisions on the right of withdrawal as well as Sebafood’s separate withdrawal instructions.

Where legally required for a digital service that is provided immediately after purchase, performance will only begin after the user has expressly agreed that the service may begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and, where required by law, has acknowledged the possible consequences for the right of withdrawal.

These Purchase Terms do not restrict any statutory withdrawal rights.

8. Reversals and Chargebacks

If a payment that has already been credited is reversed by the payment service provider, bank, or card issuer, the corresponding credit may be deducted again from the user account.

If the credit has already been used in whole or in part, this may result in a negative credit balance.

In such a case, Sebafood is entitled to temporarily suspend further paid services until the outstanding payment has been clarified.

An account will not be suspended where the reversal was justified or where the user is exercising statutory rights, in particular a valid right of withdrawal, refund, or remedy for defects.

9. Misuse and Manipulation

It is not permitted to:

- generate credit through manipulation, technical circumvention, or deception,

- circumvent payment processes,

- deliberately exploit errors or security vulnerabilities in order to obtain additional credit,

- transfer, sell, or commercially resell credit without authorization, or

- misuse payment reversals after services have knowingly already been used.

Where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, Sebafood may temporarily suspend the affected credit or user account and investigate the matter.

Credit proven to have been obtained unlawfully may be corrected or removed.

Lawfully purchased paid credit will not be forfeited without compensation solely because an account has been suspended. Statutory claims and rights remain unaffected.

10. Termination of the User Account

If a user account is terminated or deleted, the ability to use credit linked to that account within Sebafood generally ends.

Before voluntarily deleting an account, users should therefore take any remaining paid credit into account.

Any mandatory statutory refund or other claims relating to remaining paid credit remain unaffected.

Bonus, promotional, and advertising credit may expire upon termination of the user account where this was provided for when such credit was granted.

11. Prices and Changes

The current prices and credit packages will be displayed immediately before purchase.

Price changes apply only to future purchases. Credit already purchased will not be reduced retroactively due to later price changes.

The scope or price of individual services that can be used with credit may be adjusted for future use. Specific services that have already been fully purchased remain unaffected.

12. Payment Service Providers

Payment processing may be carried out through external payment service providers.

The terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider may additionally apply to the payment process.

Payment data such as full credit card details will only be processed by Sebafood to the extent technically necessary for the respective payment transaction; where possible, such data will be processed directly by the respective payment service provider.

13. Technical Disruptions

In the event of technical disruptions, the crediting or display of credit may be temporarily delayed.

Successful purchases and deductions documented in the billing and transaction systems are decisive.

In the event of discrepancies, the user may contact support. Demonstrably incorrect transactions will be corrected.

14. Statutory Rights

These Purchase Terms do not restrict any mandatory statutory consumer, warranty, withdrawal, refund, or other rights.

Where individual provisions of these Purchase Terms conflict with mandatory applicable law, the mandatory statutory provisions shall prevail.
